What does a burrito dream of?

A Jack burrito probably dreams of milk and stuffed toys that smile.

7 week birthday!

Probably around 10 pounds of hot love by now. Talking, moving, watching, eating, and sometimes sleeping. Life has gotten really complex for me now that I can actually see things and try to interact with them.

I love you, Mom.

Dad's OK, too.

The first big weekend of my life

Any weekend where I wear an outfit like this has gotta be a big one.

To start things off, I was cute

Was cute again

Went to a party (but only drank milk)

Cute again

Cute

Went to Dad's game and ate b'fast with the team.

Headed up to Steven's Pass to party

For Ryan's birthday.

I showed off my standing prowess to all at the gathering

As you can see, I really know how to party

Sleepin'

Been a while since I've updated y'all on the sleeping situation. Quite under most of your radars I've graduated from this

to this

Needless to say, we're all very happy about the situation. I'll sleep up to six hours at a time if properly stuffed with milk. And I'll also sleep 45 minutes at a time if I feel like it. Gotta keep the parents guessing!

Grandma Larson and Grandpa Lars wrap-up

We had such a great week(end) with the Larson grandparents. I did some eating and sleeping. Seems like everyone got in on the sleep.

It was beautiful but cold so I got bundled up for a walk.

There was a strange ball of fire in the sky.

I hung out in the cozy confines of my play mat. Tummy Time!

And made a new friend: Raggedy Andy.

Batting practice

I love hanging out in my crib and gazing at Red Triangle Monkey and Hanging Blue Elephant. Sometimes I get excited and try to hit them. Sometimes I succeed. Win or lose, I'm always happy. See for yourself.

Jack's on the team

Not only did Andrea get awesome jerseys made for Dad's Ultimate Frisbee (nerd!) team, but she made me one, too! Thanks!

Just general cuteness, nothing substantial

Grandpa Ken Returns!

That means more food and sleep for the whole family. More time for me to write this durn thing, too. Hooray.

Things are movin'

It's a big funny deal. I get it, guys.

Cool office, Dad

Nice books. Photonics? Really cool. It was great meeting all of the people at COJK, though, despite Dad's nerdy office.

This is ridiculous

Color coordination?! So lame, Dad. Three days in a row.

Happy Birthday Uncle Geoff!

You look kinda crazy, but I love you anyways. Way to go 20.

Talkin' on Mom's lap

The scene: full of milk and happy on Mom's lap.

The action:

Read a book with Dad

Mini-Me, you complete me.

New tricks

The smile is still the biggest crowd-pleaser, but this one is good too:

Have you ever heard a smile?

You can hear mine around the 1 minute mark here:

I'm serious about staying warm.

ARMS UP!

Still like sleeping on Dad. Sophie is in on the action now, too.

But I'm also making friends with my crib. Got a few 30 minute crib naps under my belt now. Mom was so excited she took this picture:
