Bye Bye Crystal and Katelynn

Today was my last full day with nannies Crystal and Katelynn. I had so much fun with them and will miss them so much!

Now I am off to conquer "school" (aka daycare) three days a week.

First haircut!!

Ok, it was really just a trim. Mom got cold feet about cutting my curly locks.

Pretty cool hair salon, don't you think? Of course I picked the red fire truck to sit in. No cape for this dude. Here is your last look at my wispy curls (nearing the mullet stage).

Here we go! She had me distracted for a few minutes.

Hey, wait a second. What is going on back there?

All Done. Get me outta here!

The end result: still some curls but a lot less wisp (and mullet).

First report card

Wow, that was fast! Actually, I get one of these every day at school. Looks like I passed.

(Remember that you can click on the picture to make it larger.)

First Blood

Having a tough day. Woke up sick and then drew my first blood - a pretty bad gash on my tongue. But being the tough guy that I am, I am already moving on to the next dangerous activity.

Big video roundup

Lots of videos have built up in the vaults over the past few weeks. The roundup:
1) Naked dancing. While Auntie Elise was babysitting me. She's fired, obviously.

2) Playing classical guitar in Bellingham. I'd rather stand on, or drum on, the guitar, but strumming is OK, too.

3) Golf in Bellingham. My first swings. Not bad. Dad was happy to get a new playing partner.

4) Bath-time recitation of the alphabet and numbers. I'm really in love with the number two.

Camano Island

This weekend we went to a cabin on Camano Island with Dad's super cool friends. Shout out to Katie for hosting us.

Here I am with Andrea scoping out the mud.

Dad's friends caught a crab and I got to pet him before he became an appetizer.

Mmmm. Peter fed me some good crab.

I also learned to fish with Suzanne

And throw rocks with Levi

And roll in the sand with Drew.

Monkey see, monkey do! I am a quick learner, don't ya think? Watch out mom and dad.

First day of school!

I started my educational career today, matriculating at the Sand Point Child Development Center. It's about 1/2 block away from our soon-to-be-finished house. So cool. I'm going to have to start getting up early and eating breakfast before 9 AM, though.
Pre-game photo shoot.

Here's my teacher Ms. Kiki.

I'm there for two days a week right now and will be moving to three days in September. Day one was an unqualified success.

So hot

An all-time record in Seattle last week: 103(F).
Lots of nudity and water was involved.

Happy anniversary Mom and Dad

It's our second together and your sixth overall. Thanks for getting hitched and making me!
