Christmas Round 1

The Thomas family came to Seattle to see me and The Nutcracker. I had my first round of presents and Auntie Kath gave me an awesome stick horse. I'm just breaking her in right now.

House-Warming Party

Grandpa Larson came to visit and helped us get ready for a big party. He built a step, hung out with me, and came to soccer practice.

The house was warmed.

Food.

I got to go absolutely bonkers. Decorating gingerbread cookies with Tristan and Porter.

Let the wild rumpus begin! On the big-boy bed with Lily and Caoimhe.

Soccer Season 2

The off season was short, but I'm recharged now for the next level of competition. The first practice was amazing. I can't remember if there were any soccer balls involved, though...

Oh yeah, we used them to build towers.

Christmas Tree #2

Yep, that's right - we have moved on to Christmas. I loved to "help" decorate the tree.

Thanksgiving #2

We went to Bellingham for Thanksgiving this year, and had a great time, as always. At the Thomas House all of my aunts and uncles were home. That's Rachel, G'ma Connie, Geoff, moi, Kath, and G'pa Mark.

They tried to make me eat pumpkin pie, but I only wanted whipped cream.

We took a field trip to the Maritime Heritage Center fish ladder. There were fish! I went crazy trying to count them. Particularly because I only count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 right now.

At Grandpa Rob's we had a great meal with old friends Steve and Ben Marx. No pictures of that crew, for some reason, but plenty of evidence of me jamming.

We missed seeing Mom's family, but they'll be up soon for Christmas. I wonder if I'll get any presents this year...

Jammie Day

It was jammie day at school!

It tastes great!

Soccer season 1 is over

These few months of intensive coaching has really helped my game. The beautiful game:

Lazy Sunday

Let me start by giving you a sleep update.

And an eating update (mmmm... hotdog)

Dad and me in bed reading.

And now finally we are at Sunday. I love reading the Sunday paper with dad.

And to cap off the night, I learned to blow fish kisses on the glass door. Charming, isn't it?

Such a big boy now

I have become very interested in going potty on my big boy potty. Sometimes I want to go every few minutes! It's a great way to get parent-sanctioned naked time.

Truth be told, I like to see what it going on down there.

And, yes, I do the big stuff, too.

Happy Halloween!

Made appearances at not one, but two parties tonight. Rocked the Star Wars theme. I was Chewbacca. Mom was Princess Leia. Dad was Luke Skywalker as a Jedi Knight.

Chewbacca loves black olives! (yes, that is an Orc on the dog's back)

Perfecting my light saber skills in the buff.

Farm-o-rama

You wouldn't believe how much fun I had at the farm on Sunday if I just told you about it. So here is the evidence:
Welcome to the farm!

Who has two thumbs and loves to ride horses? This guy!! Real, plastic... doesn't matter!

Of course the real horse (I rode Loganberry) was one of the highlights of the day. Grandma Connie helped me ride.

Riding is serious business.

Look! Another horse!

Next up was the petting zoo area. Here we are feeding a llama.

Feeding the baby goats really tickled my hand.

Next up - rides! That's right folks, my first amusement park style rides. Too many to count! First up - canoe ride (complete with wooden duck floating along - classic).

Train ride!

The biggest bouncy house I have EVER seen! All to myself!

A super fast spinning pumpkin ride. Mom thought I would be scared, but the wind was exhilarating! I wanted more!

Next I practiced driving. It won't be long until I get my permit.

I take my responsibilities as a driver very seriously.

Maybe my favorite ride - the swinging carousel horses. Wee!

Ok, enough fun and games. Now on to the pumpkins. Actually, we never made it to the u-pick patch. We snapped a few obligatory pumpkin shots, grabbed a funky pumpkin and hit the road jack (ha).

The grand finale:
