Today I took my first trip to the zoo!

and lots of other big animals too. And I took a nap.

CA Trip Recap

Flew to California with Mom again. I was a champ on the plane - again. Had a great time with the family and met a bunch of new friends on the the trip too.

My new friend Tanner is one month old now - man, he has a ton of hair! I guess I should be jealous.


My friend Josh made me laugh. He wore green to be like me.


Grandma and Grandpa Larson are pretty crazy . . . about me! I took a few naps with them during our trip. And they showed me off to a ton of their friends.


Mom got to see some of her high school friends and they brought friends for me.

Also, for those of you keeping tabs on my current travels, I had another flawless flight. The skeptical Richie Riches in first class (yes, that first class) were won over by my quiet cuteness.

Dinner with Nate and Carrie (and soon-to-be baby Tucker)

Mom and Dad's friends seem to be rushing to make new friends for me. Up next are Nate and Carrie, due in June. I thought I'd sell them on how cool babies are by giving them a sampling as we ate pizza: cute smiles, a little fussing, and a bazooka barf. I laid off the charm a little bit and didn't give them a blowout diaper.

I think they'll make good parents.

(The Tucker thing is a joke. There is a baby coming. It might be called Tucker, but it also might not.)

One hot weekend

The thermometer passed 90 degrees, so, as you might guess, nudity was abundant. One of the biggest developments was my first night sleeping in my crib. Now that I can roll, there's no stopping me from sleeping on my stomach. But it was grand. One of my best nights so far. Of course, Mom and Dad took shifts sleeping on my floor just to make sure all was well.


Besides getting naked, I kept cool by munching on a cooled teething ring. No teeth yet, though.


Sunday was a Huckin' Easy double-header and I celebrated the double win by joining forces with a golden-doodle to create an unstoppable force of cuteness unlike anything anyone could have imagined.


And who knew that "disastrous" was such a funny word?

Play date

I had a pretty cool play date with Lily today. We were on good terms and were able to peacefully coexist on her jungle mat.


Then we lounged in Lily's crib. As in crib, not house. Although we were in her house, too. Slang is confusing.
